Bob Ivison has developed, or supported Local Authorities in developing, Restructuring and repositioning programmes, Green Space Strategies, Quality Management Frameworks, specification and contract development for improved service delivery.
He has managed the submission of multi-million pound projects to the Heritage Lottery Fund. The clear understanding of the Trust's requirements, the selection of projects, the quality and the presentation of the schemes produced rewarding results. Two projects, the restoration of a Victorian park and an historic waterway, received grants in excess of £4 million.
Bob Ivison has extensive knowledge and experience in many other aspects of Parks and Open Space Management including: -
Horticultural Management, Contract Management, Arboricultural Management, Local Agenda 21 and Sustainability, Health and Safety, Events Management, Best Value, Sponsorship and Fund Raising, Emergency Planning, and Internal Quality Auditing ISO 9000.
Bob Ivison is also a judge and trainer for the Green Flag Award and the Green Heritage Award schemes as well as London in Bloom and Communities in Bloom.
